3 key aspects we will want to know about your hotel

We are not only interested in getting to know your hotel's ADR, RevPar and occupancy. Those are important measures, but they will be our lagging indicators, making it too late to take action. We are particularly interested in your hotel's leading indicators, such as:


Booking window



What dates are your clients searching for? I am interested in finding out what dates your clients are looking for during the different months. Does the booking window vary during the year or is it pretty steady? This is a key information that we will need in order to compare year-to-year changes in our booking pace.




Leads and conversions


We want to know how many leads you are getting. Regardless of whether you work with a contact us form or with a booking engine on your site, it is possible to get insight on how many of these visitors (or potential guests) are looking for dates and receiving quotes or prices for their trip. Afterwards, we can analyze how many are converting into confirmed reservations and work on a strategy to decrease lost prospects.


Systems


We want to know what property management system, channel manager and revenue management system you are using. In order to see the valuable information mentioned previously, we need to have capable systems that will facilitate building reports and accessing past data.
